I rushed in and grabbed a soda from the fridge, smiling to myself as Stefi entered the room.

"So how was class?" she asked.

"Oh, pretty good I guess. Same 'ol..you know." I said as I plopped on to the couch grinning.

"What's so funny?" she said. "Oh nothing, I just saw the biggest blimp overhead." I remarked.

"Really? Well...how big?" she questioned with a growing frown.

"Big..really big." I said as I continued to smile and flipped the remote.

"Hey Kristin!" giggled Kelly gleefully, as she saw her long-time colleague enter the Gap store.

"Hi Kelly," replied Kristin, walking casually over to the checkout. Her shift wasn't due to start for another ten minutes and she wanted to catch up on the latest info.

"So, what's been going on?" she continued.

"Oh, the usual," said Kelly with a mischievous smile. "Nothing exciting. Oh, but there is something I want to show you!"

"We'll be back tomorrow, honey!" Mel's mom said as she and her father quickly slipped through the door and headed for the garage. Mel knew what this meant: a night to herself, for once she could do anything she wanted...anything.

Immediately, she flipped open her cell phone and dialed Kayla, her best friend, to come over and stay the night. "Remember the beer, I have something special planned!" she giggled. "Hmm I had better prep the tub for tonight," she said as she went into the bathroom. It was a full bath, with a luxurious tub fit for two people to sit in comfortably.

Lucy was a decent looking woman. Kind of short, but in pretty good shape. With average brown hair, she rarely turned heads, but she wasn't a pain to the eyes either. She always felt something missing in her life, and she sought to find out what it was and fill it no matter what. A new lab opened up close by, said to be one of the few places in the country that had a newly found element CXO gas. The scientists in the newspaper said that they were looking into ways to better all humanity with the gas. Lucy knew she had to find out what the gas did.

Tonight was going to be a special night. The children were gone to safe places where she didn’t have to worry about them. She had the day off so plenty of time to relax and be ready for her special love to come home.

Carry awoke with a strong groggy feeling overwhelming her. She couldn't remember exactly what had happened before she passed out. She was at a frat party with the rest of her sorority, and she recalls her leader being the first to follow one of the frat boys into the basement. They closed the doors and then...Then... From then its all just a haze. Carry got herself up on her feet and looked around. The room was medium large, with a small bed behind her, and an entertainment center in front of her. To her left was a doorway and a closed door.

A man sat in a booth at the dark end of the bar, a clutch of balloons drifting back and forth above his head as air currents from the heating toyed with the pretty rubber globes. His posture and alert response every time the door opened denoted he was waiting for someone with great eagerness. The perfect victim.

Julie was the definition of a great student, but she was also a somewhat popular girl. Probably because there was literally no one better at chemistry than her (the exception was Professor Watley), therefore kids that would struggle with chemistry would seek her assistance, plus she wasn’t half bad looking for a brainiac (even though she didn’t think so).

"Danny boy... sweetie pie..."

Danny, chewing on a shoot of grass, nervously squinted at Darlene through the bright studio lights.

"...I slept with Sue."

Danny's eyes grew wide and his jaw slackened as the audience began hooting. Tears began to well up in Darlene's eyes. "But I still love you, Danny boy!" she said in her thick southern drawl. "All three of us can be happy together!"

Danny rose out of his chair, adjusted his overalls, and pointed an angry yokel finger at Darlene. "Why you [BEEP]! [BEEP][BEEP]---"
