Jessie gets a new kid to babysit, but it seems he has some snarling ideas up his sleeve. When decorating for a party, Jessie gets caught off guard by a hose that seems to have been hooked up to the helium tank used for the party. Jessie pulls at the hose but it seems jammed shut deep into her mouth as she hears a loud hissing sound and feels a massive wiff of air pushing down her throat.

While laying down on a park bench, Jazzmine gets a surprise when a hose is jammed down her throat. As two unknown and mysterious people smirk nearby, a loud hissing pushed from two humongous tanks. Jazzmine's eyes bugged in shock as the contents filled her cheeks and into her body. Getting a good view, she reads the letters "Balloon Time" realizing helium was filling her up.
